I've lived in 4 different countries - Brazil, Chile, England, and the USA. Once we decide to live abroad, we prepare ourselves in all the practical aspects: documentation, language, day-to-day tips and tricks - such as transportation, weather, etc.
But we often forget to prepare ourselves emotionally. Living abroad is an internal roller-coaster and can impact our productivity, relationships, and overall well-being.
